Sip + Snip proceeds in light rain, please dress for outdoor farm conditions.

If dangerous weather is forecast, we will contact all guests with postponement or refund details.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Unfortunately no, VIP tickets will be granted access at 5pm and General Admission tickets will be granted access at 5.30pm. We will have you checked in quickly so that you can find a picnic spot and enjoy the flowers.

  • All details are above, please follow the signage. There is plenty of easy parking.

  • You’ll be provided with everything you need. Snips, vase and a short demonstration on how to harvest our flowers. You’ll then have access to the entire flower field to fill up your vase.

  • Woodfired pizza, charcuterie cups, dessert bar is included in your ticket. Our bar will be open to purchase cocktails, wine and beer and water is readily available, please do not BYO.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please let us know their name before the event.

  • Sip & Snip is a ticketed event, and all guests attending will need their own ticket.

  • This is an adult only event, babies under 12 months old are welcome.

  • We love fur babies, but unfortunately no — dogs aren’t permitted at Sip & Snip. We’re a working cattle farm with neighbouring livestock, so for everyone’s safety (including your pup’s), we ask that pets stay at home.

Refunds & Transfers

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind; however, your ticket can be transferred to another person. Please notify us of the new attendee’s name before the event. Refunds will only be issued if the event host is unwell or minimum numbers are not reached.

Weather Policy

Events will proceed in light rain — please come prepared for outdoor conditions. If dangerous or unsafe weather is forecast, the event will be cancelled and you’ll be offered the choice of postponement or a refund.

Farm Safety

Our events take place on a working flower farm with uneven ground and natural obstacles. By attending, you accept responsibility for your own safety and agree to follow staff instructions at all times.

Alcohol

Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18+. We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with responsible service guidelines.

Food & Allergies

Our menu includes a gluten-free option, however we are unable to accommodate other dietary requirements or allergy requests. Please consider this before purchasing your ticket, as we cannot modify the menu on the day or guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Photography & Media

Photos and video may be taken at the event for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in this content unless you notify us on arrival.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe or negatively impacts others. No refunds will be issued in this circumstance.

Ticket Validity

Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated. Tickets may not be resold for profit or commercial use.

Event Changes

Event details may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or operational needs. Any major changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
